Receptionist/Administration Assistant
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and committed individual. The role will be to act as receptionist and administration assistant. To assist colleagues with administrative duties to include opening and closing files, being the first point of contact for clients and other parties. Dealing with enquiries and meeting people face to face will also be an important part of the role.
You will need to be organised and have experience of using Microsoft applications.
As a first point of call, you will need to be smart in appearance, and efficient, to ensure that clients are getting the service they require from us.
